Free parking in the shopping center lot with ample spaces, though weekend afternoons can be busy. Parking is directly outside the entrance. Clean family restrooms with changing tables available on both floors. Stroller-accessible throughout with elevator access to second floor. However, it's crowded and narrow in places, so baby-wearing might be easier during busy times. Fully wheelchair accessible with elevator to second level. Touch tanks are at accessible heights. Service animals permitted.

Indoor climate-controlled venue makes it perfect year-round, especially great for hot summer days or rainy weather. Located in the Shops at Tech Ridge with numerous family-friendly chain restaurants in the same parking lot,MOD Pizza for quick build-your-own pizzas, Torchy's Tacos (Austin favorite), and Fuzzy's Taco Shop. Target is also in the complex for snack emergencies.
