Admission and all programs are completely free with a library card (free to Keller residents and available to non-residents for a small annual fee). Ample free parking is available. No food or drinks allowed except covered water bottles.

Summer reading program (June-July) is the biggest annual event with special prizes and activities. The library hosts special holiday-themed storytimes and crafts around Halloween, Christmas, and other major holidays. Closed on Sundays year-round.
