Weekday mornings (10 AM opening) during late May through early September offer the best experience with smaller crowds and comfortable water temperatures. Avoid peak summer weekends when the river becomes extremely crowded with long wait times.

Tube rentals typically cost $15-25 per person with shuttle service included. Parking is available on-site but fills quickly on busy days. No outside coolers with alcohol are permitted, and you'll need to arrange transportation back to your vehicle unless using the outfitter's shuttle service.

Comal Tubes operates primarily during warm weather months (typically late spring through early fall). Weekend-only operations are common during shoulder seasons. The venue is closed Monday through Thursday and offers limited Sunday hours, so plan accordingly. River conditions and operating hours may vary based on water levels and weather.
