Weekday mornings (Tuesday-Thursday) from 9:00-11:00 AM offer the smallest crowds and most active animals. Avoid weekend afternoons when the ranch is busiest. Spring and fall provide the most comfortable temperatures for both visitors and animals, though the drive-through format makes it enjoyable year-round.

Admission is per person (check website for current pricing) and includes one bag of feed per vehicle; additional feed bags available for purchase. Food and drinks are not allowed during the drive-through portion, but there's a picnic area for afterwards. The ranch is stroller and wheelchair accessible in walking areas.

Open year-round with animals active in all seasons. Summer visits (June-August) can be hot, so go early in the day. Winter months offer cooler temperatures and thinner crowds, though some animals may be less active. Special holiday events occasionally offered during Christmas season.
