Chester Skateland

Chester Skateland is a free public skate park that welcomes skateboarders, BMX riders, and scooter enthusiasts of all skill levels. Admission is completely free, which makes it an excellent budget-friendly activity. Parking is available on-site at the Southland Drive location, and kids must bring their own skateboards, BMX bikes, or scooters plus safety equipment.

As an outdoor facility, the park operates year-round but sessions may be cancelled during inclement weather, extreme heat, or icy conditions. Spring and fall offer the most comfortable temperatures for active skating. Always verify the park is open during severe weather periods.

Head to Chick-fil-A or Chipotle on Bermuda Triangle Drive (about 2 miles away) for quick, kid-approved meals after skating. For a sit-down option, try Mission BBQ on Crossings Boulevard where hungry skaters can refuel with hearty portions.
