The park is completely free and open 24/7 year-round. Street parking is free but limited; paid garage parking is available nearby. There are public restrooms and water fountains on-site. The Church Street Marketplace with restaurants and shops is just a 5-minute walk away.

The splash pad operates from late May through September (weather dependent). Winter brings a completely different experience with snow play opportunities and beautiful frozen lake views, though playground equipment remains accessible year-round. Summer weekends feature occasional free concerts and community events.
