Tickets cost approximately SGD 15-30 for children and SGD 20-40 for adults (book online for discounts). The park has food courts, changing facilities, and locker rentals available. Take the MRT to Pasir Ris Station, then a short bus ride or 10-minute walk.

Singapore's tropical climate means the park operates year-round, though it may close temporarily during heavy thunderstorms for safety. The driest months (February to April) offer the most reliable weather. Note that the park is closed on Tuesdays for maintenance.

Pasir Ris Central (a 5-minute walk) has multiple food courts and family-friendly restaurants including KFC, McDonald's, and local hawker fare at Pasir Ris Central Hawker Centre where kids can try chicken rice and noodles at budget prices.
