Admission is completely free. Street parking is available nearby but can fill up on sunny weekend afternoons. There are no on-site food services, so bring snacks and water. The park features public washrooms (check seasonal availability).

The park is open year-round, but the best experience is from May through September when weather is warmest. British Columbia's rainy season (October to March) means bring rain gear or plan indoor backup activities. Winter visits can still be enjoyable on clear days, but playgrounds may be wet. Community garden areas are most active during growing season (spring and summer).
