Summer months (June-August) can be extremely hot, with temperatures exceeding 110°F,visit early morning or evening only. Spring offers beautiful weather and occasional community events. Winter is ideal with mild temperatures perfect for all-day outdoor play.

Oregano's Pizza Bistro (about 2 miles north) is a family favorite with a fun atmosphere and kids menu. For quick bites, In-N-Out Burger is nearby on Dobson Road and always a hit with children.
