Devil's Bridge Trailhead

Devil's Bridge Trailhead offers one of Sedona's most iconic hikes leading to a stunning natural sandstone arch. 1. 1.Arrive before 7 AM or after 3 PM to avoid crowds and secure parking,the lot fills up quickly, especially on weekends
2. 2.Bring plenty of water (at least 1 liter per person), sunscreen, and snacks as there's no shade along most of the trail
3. 3.Consider hiking on weekdays during the school year for a much less crowded experience at the bridge itself
4. 4.The final climb to the bridge involves scrambling over rocks,sturdy hiking shoes with good grip are essential for the whole family

Early morning (sunrise to 8 AM) during spring (March-May) or fall (September-November) offers the most comfortable temperatures and fewer crowds. Avoid summer midday heat and winter ice conditions.

Parking requires a Red Rock Pass ($5 daily or $15 weekly), available at the trailhead or online. No facilities or water available at the trailhead, so come prepared with everything you need.

Open year-round, but best enjoyed in spring and fall. Summer temperatures can exceed 100°F making midday hikes dangerous. Winter may bring ice and snow on the trail, requiring extra caution or microspikes. Trail can be slippery during monsoon season (July-August).
