Avoid midday visits May through September when temperatures can exceed 40°C (104°F).

The splash pad is completely free and accessible 24 hours, though most families visit during daylight hours. Public restrooms and changing facilities are available at nearby The Beach development, and the entire JBR Walk area is stroller-friendly with numerous dining options within walking distance.

While open year-round, the splash pad is most enjoyable during Dubai's cooler months (November to April). Summer months (June to September) are extremely hot and humid, making morning or evening visits essential. The area hosts special events during Dubai Shopping Festival (January-February) and Dubai Summer Surprises (July-August).
