General admission is reasonably priced with discounts for children. The venue is located on historic Bellevue Avenue with street parking available. No on-site dining, but Newport's downtown restaurants are a short walk away.

Open year-round, seven days a week. Summer months (June-August) coincide with active tennis tournaments and special events. The outdoor court experience is best enjoyed in warmer months, though indoor exhibits are climate-controlled year-round.
