Weekday afternoons (Tuesday-Thursday, 2:00-5:00 PM) offer the least crowded experience. Avoid Friday and Saturday evenings when it's packed with birthday parties and older kids. Sunday afternoons right after opening at noon are also good for families with younger children.

Jump sessions typically run $15-20 per hour per child, with discounts for longer sessions. Special grip socks are required and available for purchase. Parents can watch from the viewing area for free, and there's a small snack bar on-site with typical concession fare.
